在深圳市中心，有一個生機勃勃的綠色地帶——面積368公頃的廣東內伶仃福田國家級自然保護區。每年有189種、超過10萬只候鳥從遠方來到溫暖的深圳歇腳，尋找它們的冬季天堂。這里也是深圳眼科醫生姚曉明今年拍攝候鳥的目的地，來自塔吉克斯坦的深圳大學留學生飛飛是他的觀鳥搭檔。

In the center of Shenzhen, there is a vibrant green area - the 368-hectare Futian Mangrove National Nature Reserve. Every year, 189 species and more than 100,000 migratory birds come from afar to the warm Shenzhen to rest and find their winter paradise.

This is also the destination for Shenzhen ophthalmologist Yao Xiaoming to photograph migratory birds this year. Feifei, a Shenzhen University student from Tajikistan, is his partner.

“來，我們先把開場拍了。”

姚曉明醫生帶來了自己拍候鳥的攝影器材。

紅樹林國家級自然保護區，到了！

飛飛很好奇：一位眼科醫生，為何跨界成了攝影發燒友？在姚曉明看來，照相機就是人類眼球功能的復制品，它不但可以實現眼睛的功能，還可以彌補人類視力的不足。飛飛此行，正好可以向姚曉明醫生學習如何用相機拍到候鳥優美的身姿。

Feifei was curious about it：why did an ophthalmologist cross over to become a photography enthusiast? In Yao Xiaoming's view, the camera is a replica of the function of the human eyeball. It can not only realize the function of the eye, but also make up for the shortcomings of human vision. Feifei's trip is just right to learn from Dr. Yao Xiaoming how to use a camera to capture the graceful posture of migratory birds.

紅樹林不僅是候鳥的天堂，也是各種生物的家。

福田紅樹林國家級自然保護區是深圳市中心的“綠肺”。

飛飛沿著小路走入紅樹林深處。

在這里可以借助望遠鏡觀察候鳥。

鳥類在此自由棲息。

深圳是一個快速發展的城市，但是深圳人對環境保護的重視并不會因此減弱分毫，這也是紅樹林國家級自然保護區的意義所在。自然保護區展示的候鳥，絕大多數也是姚曉明拍到過的。他向飛飛介紹說，自己最喜歡拍的候鳥是黑臉琵鷺（深圳市鳥），嘴像中國樂器琵琶，走路不緊不慢的，像一個優雅的美女。幸運的是，飛飛用長焦鏡頭也拍到覓食的黑臉琵鷺。

Shenzhen is a city developing fast, but Shenzhen people's attention to environmental protection will not be reduced in the slightest, which is also the significance of the Mangrove National Nature Reserve.

Most of the migratory birds displayed in the nature reserve have also been photographed by Yao Xiaoming. He told Feifei that his favorite migratory bird to photograph was the black-faced spoonbill (Shenzhen bird), whose beak resembled the Chinese musical instrument pipa and whose slow walk was like an elegant beauty. Fortunately, Feifei also photographed the black-faced spoonbill foraging with a telephoto lens.

紅樹林自然保護區里的魚塘也是候鳥出沒的地方。

沿著長長的木棧道，可以走到紅樹林腹地。

當天傍晚，大量黑臉琵鷺在深圳灣覓食，夕陽下的畫面絕美。

從這里可以看到遠處的城市天際線。

這一刻，深圳灣灘涂上有小魚小蝦小螃蟹和彈涂魚，它們共同構成了候鳥的食物鏈。在秋高氣爽的紅樹林，詩句中的“萬類霜天競自由”在這里具象了。
