為提高學(xué)校的國際競爭力，推進學(xué)校高水平大學(xué)建設(shè)和國際化進程，吸引更多國際學(xué)生到校留學(xué)，鼓勵國際學(xué)生認真學(xué)習(xí)、積極向上，實現(xiàn)德智體美勞全面發(fā)展，根據(jù)《深圳大學(xué)國際學(xué)生獎學(xué)金、獎勵金和助學(xué)金管理辦法（修訂）》的有關(guān)要求，學(xué)校設(shè)立深圳大學(xué)國際學(xué)生社會實踐獎勵金、漢語水平獎勵金。現(xiàn)將 2024 年深圳大學(xué)國際學(xué)生社會實踐獎勵金、漢語水平獎勵金的申請通知如下：

一、具體項目

（一）2023-2024學(xué)年度國際學(xué)生社會實踐獎勵金

1.申請條件

（1）申請時正在我校就讀的學(xué)歷國際學(xué)生(本科、碩士、博士)、語言國際學(xué)生；

（2）無違反中國法律法規(guī)及校紀校規(guī)的行為；

（3）2023-2024學(xué)年度積極參加學(xué)校或?qū)W院（部）組織的各項集體活動，熱心為同學(xué)服務(wù)，如創(chuàng)新及文體表現(xiàn)、志愿服務(wù)表現(xiàn)和參加活動表現(xiàn)三類，并能協(xié)助學(xué)校國際學(xué)生管理部門開展工作，成績較好，在國際學(xué)生中表現(xiàn)突出。

2.獎勵金金額

深圳大學(xué)國際學(xué)生社會實踐獎學(xué)金：特等獎每人 8000元，一等獎每人5000元，二等每人2000元，三等獎每人1000元，優(yōu)秀獎每人500元。

3.獎勵金名額

根據(jù)學(xué)生實際申請情況和表現(xiàn)等綜合確定。

（二）2023-2024學(xué)年度國際學(xué)生漢語水平獎勵獎

1.申請條件

（1）申請時正在我校就讀的學(xué)歷國際學(xué)生、語言國際學(xué)生；

（2）無違反中國法律法規(guī)及校紀校規(guī)的行為；

（3）在我校學(xué)習(xí)期間通過漢語水平考試（HSK）且成績優(yōu)秀。

2.獎勵金金額

1.對于中文授課專業(yè)的國際學(xué)生：獲得 HSK6 級證書180分以上，每人1000元。

2.對于非中文授課專業(yè)的國際學(xué)生：分四個等級。其中，獲得 HSK6 級證書180分以上，每人 1500 元；獲得 HSK5 級證書180分以上，每人 1200 元；獲得 HSK4 級證書180分以上，每人1000元；獲得HSK3 級證書180分以上，每人800元。

3.獎勵金名額

獎勵金具體名額根據(jù)當年申請學(xué)生基本情況確定，漢語水平獎勵金每人每次僅可申請一種等級。

二、申請時段

2024年12月9日-2024年12月13日。

三、申請方式

由國際學(xué)生本人向國際交流學(xué)院320辦公室直接申請。

四、申請材料

（一）國際學(xué)生社會實踐獎勵金

2. 2023-2024學(xué)年度成績單；

3.能證明參加比賽或活動的相關(guān)正式材料。

（二）國際學(xué)生漢語水平獎勵獎

1.《深圳大學(xué)國際學(xué)生獎助金申請表》一份；

2.2023-2024學(xué)年度漢語水平考試（HSK）證書原件或復(fù)印件。

五、其他

（一）國際交流學(xué)院組織學(xué)校國際學(xué)生獎助金評審委員會，對申請人的材料進行審核，按照公開、公平、公正的原則，確定最終獲獎學(xué)生名單。

（二）申請人如有違反中國法律或?qū)W校校紀校規(guī)行為，獎勵金申請資格立即取消，獲獎留學(xué)生則撤銷獲獎榮譽和獎金，上述學(xué)生取消其第二年評選資格。

（三）所有證明材料都應(yīng)在 2023-2024 學(xué)年度獲得，時間為2023.9.1-2024.8.31.

Notice on Application for the 2024 Shenzhen University

International Student Social Practice Award and HSK Award

In order to improve the international competitiveness of the university, promote the construction of a high-level university and the internationalization process of the university, attract more international students to study in the university, and encourage international students to study hard and actively, achieve comprehensive development of virtue,intelligence, physical conditions, mind status and community service. The university hereby establishes the 2024 Shenzhen University International Student Social Practice Award and HSK Award according to the On Awards, Scholarships and Grants of International Students of Shenzhen University. The announcement of the selection of the international student awards of Shenzhen University in 2024 is as follows:

1. Type of Rewards

(1)Social Practice Award (2023-2024 academic year)

a. Detailed Requirements

1) International degree students(undergraduates,masters and PhDs) and International language in Shenzhen University during application.

2) No violation of Chinese laws, regulations and school discipline.

3) Actively participate in various group activities organized by the school or college (department) in 2023-2024 academic year, such as innovation and stylistic performance, volunteer service performance and participation performance. Serve the students enthusiastically, and assist the international student management department of the school to carry out the work, with good grades and outstanding performance among international students.

b. Amount of Award

Shenzhen University International Student Social Practice Award:

1) Special prize: RMB 8,000 per student

2) First prize: RMB 5,000 per student

3) Second prize: RMB 2,000 per student

4) Third prize：RMB 1,000 per student

5)Excellence award：RMB 500 per student

c. Quota

The quota will be determined by the student's actual application situation and performance.

(2)HSK Award (2023-2024 academic year)

a. Detailed Requirements

1) International degree students and International language students

In Shenzhen University during application.

2) No violation of Chinese laws and regulations and school discipline.

3) Applicants must pass HSK exam with excellent results during studying in Shenzhen University.

b. Amout of Award

Shenzhen University International Student HSK Award：

1) International students of majors taught in Chinese language:1,000 yuan per person for HSK6 certificate above 180 points.

2) International students of majors taught in non-Chinese language: 1,500 yuan per person for HSK6 certificate above 180 points;

1,200 yuan per person for HSK5 certificate above 180 points;

1,000 yuan per person for HSK4 certificate above 180 points;

800 yuan per person for HSK3 certificate above 180 points.

c. Quota

Quota for reward is based on the basic status of students filing applications in the year; with respect to Chinese level reward, each person can only apply for one level at a time.

2. Time for Application

December 9th , 2024 -December 13th , 2024

3. Method for Application

Students in China should submit the paper application materials to Office 320 at College of International Exchange.

4. Materials for Application

(1)Social Practice Award

a. Shenzhen University International Student Scholarship Application Form.

b. Transcripts of the 2023-2024 academic year.

c. Relevant official documents proving participation in competitions or events.

(2) HSK Award

a. Shenzhen University International Student Scholarship Application Form.

b. Original or copy of HSK certificate of the 2023-2024 academic year.

5. Others

(1) International Student Scholarship Assessment Committee of the College of International Exchange shall review the materials of applicants and determine the list of winners according to the principles of openness, fairness and justice.

(2) In the case in which an applicant of the scholarship is found of breaking state law or university regulations, his or her application is immediately withdrawn, any given award will be canceled, and such student will be ineligible for scholarship in the following year.

(3) All certification materials should be awarded in 2023-2024 academic year.( From September 1st, 2023 to August 31st, 2024)

(5) Should there be any inconsistencies between Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
