深圳大運留學(xué)基金會（以下簡稱基金會）是深圳為弘揚大運精神，促進(jìn)國際青年文化教育交流，特地籌集資金設(shè)立的一家專門資助留學(xué)生的基金會。2025年大運獎學(xué)金申請工作現(xiàn)已啟動（《深圳大運留學(xué)基金會2025年資助學(xué)生遴選公告》發(fā)布于大運基金會微信公眾號和網(wǎng)站https://www.suisf.org.cn），與來華留學(xué)生有關(guān)的信息如下：

一、相關(guān)獎學(xué)金項目

二、不具備申請資格的情況：

1. 不在中國境內(nèi)的學(xué)生

2. 曾獲得本基金會同項目資助的學(xué)生

3. 延期畢業(yè)學(xué)生

4. 本科一年級學(xué)生

5. 獲得本年度其他政府獎學(xué)金學(xué)生

6. 在中國境內(nèi)就讀不足一年的學(xué)生

三、申請資料

（一）申請人遞交的申請資料

1. 2025年遴選資助申報材料封面；

2.《境外學(xué)生來中國境內(nèi)留學(xué)資助申請表》；

3. 申請人5分鐘以內(nèi)的申請項目情況介紹視頻，制作參考附件3；

4. 申請人有效身份證明（身份證、護(hù)照等）復(fù)印件，外籍華裔申請人其父母及祖父母或外祖父母加入同一外籍的證明文件復(fù)印件；

5. 申請人在中國境內(nèi)留學(xué)學(xué)校錄取通知書復(fù)印件。如果是英文的，須有中英文對照翻譯文本；

6. 兩名所在就讀學(xué)校在職教師簽名出具的推薦信（原件），加蓋學(xué)院公章，如推薦信是英文的需翻譯成中文；

7.學(xué)業(yè)成績單。申請人提供最近2個學(xué)期由就讀單位教務(wù)處或有關(guān)學(xué)生管理部門開具并蓋章的成績單；

8.漢語水平證明復(fù)印件。非必要材料，如有請?zhí)峤荒壳俺钟械?/span>HSK證書;

9. 申請人近三年獲得校級以上各種獎勵、榮譽證書復(fù)印件；市級以上報刊登載的個人事跡復(fù)印件；

10. 申請人在市級以上報刊發(fā)表的學(xué)術(shù)論文、文章和獲得專利證書復(fù)印件。如成書的，提供書的封面、內(nèi)容介紹（前言）、出版社及出版書號頁面復(fù)印件；

11. 有發(fā)表公開論文的學(xué)生需要提交論文以及我校圖書館出具的《論文收錄引用檢索證明報告》，報告須加蓋圖書館印章（點擊http://www.lib.szu.edu.cn/research/drdp獲取《論文收錄引用檢索證明報告》指南）。

（二）所有申請資料提交后不退還。

Notice on international students' application for

Shenzhen Universiade scholarship

Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “SUISF”) is a dedicated foundation established by Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government with specially raised funds to support the international students with a view to carrying forward the spirit of the Universiade Shenzhen 2011 and promoting cultural and educational exchanges among international young people.

The application for the 2025 Universiade scholarship has been started.Announcement of Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation on Selection of Funded Students in 2025was published on the Universiade Foundation's WeChat official account and website https://www.suisf.org.cn.Information for international students is as follows:

I. Funding Programs

II. Situations where the application eligibility is not met:

1. Students who are not within the territory of China.

2. Students who have previously received funding from the same project of this foundation.

3. Students who have postponed their graduation.

4. First-year undergraduate students.

5. Students who have received other government scholarships in the current year.

6. Students who have studied within the territory of China for less than one year.

Ⅲ. Application

(I) Application materials

1. Front cover of application materials for selection of funded students in 2025 (Appendix 1).

2. Application Form for Funding Overseas Students to Study in China (Appendix 2);

3. A self-introduction video of the applicant in less than five minutes, reference Appendix 3 ;

4. A copy of proof as the applicant’s valid identity (ID card, passport, etc.). Copies of documents certifying that the applicant's parents and grandparents or maternal grandparents have joined the same foreign nationality;

5. A copy of the admission letter of the applicant coming to study in China;

6. Original recommendation letters signed by two in-service professors of the college/university，letters need to be sealed by belonging college; if the letters were written in English, then should be translated into Chinese.

7. Academic Transcripts. The applicant shall provide transcripts issued and sealed by the academic affairs office for the past two semesters;

8. Copy of Chinese proficiency certificate. It’s not necessary materials. If you have, please submit the current HSK certificate.

9. Copies of awards and honorary certificates received by the applicant in the last three years; Copies of personal deeds about the applicant published in newspapers and periodicals at or above the municipal level;

10. Copies of the applicant's academic papers and articles published in newspapers and periodicals above the municipal level and copies of the applicant’s patent certificates. If they are bound into books, submit copies of the cover, content introduction (preface), and publisher and ISBN page of the books;

11. Students who have published public papers need to submit their papers and the proof report of citation and retrieval of papers from SZU library, the report need to sealed by library (Click http://www.lib.szu.edu.cn/research/drdp Obtain the guide to the citation and retrieval proof report of Thesis Collection).

(II) No application materials will be returned upon submission.
