一、私人事務類居留許可（加注“創業”）

國際學歷學生畢業后，具有在廣東省創業意愿的，可以申請2年私人事務類居留許可（加注“創業”），進行創新創業活動。

具體申請材料和要求如下：

1）本人有效護照；

2）《外國人住宿登記表》

3)廣東省外國人簽證相片一張及該相片的《檢測回執》

4)創業計劃書

5)畢業證書

6) 在深圳市公安局官網http://ga.sz.gov.cn/預約辦理，然后打印出《外國人簽證證件申請表》

二. 停留證件

國際學生畢業或結業后（包括學歷生和語言生），在所持學習類居留證件有效期內未能離境的，國際學生可申請辦理有效期不超過30天的停留簽證。

具體申請材料和要求如下：

1) 本人有效護照

2) 《外國人住宿登記表》

3)  廣東省外國人簽證相片一張及該相片的《檢測回執》

4) 畢業證書、結業證書或就讀院校出具的結束學習證明

5) 在深圳市公安局官網http://ga.sz.gov.cn/預約辦理，然后打印出《外國人簽證證件申請表》

Visa Application Guide for Graduate (Completion)

1.    Residence Permit for Private Affairs (Marked Entrepreneurship)

After international degree students graduated, students who have the willingness to start a business in Guangdong Province can apply a 2 year residence permit for private affairs (Marked Entrepreneurship) to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship.

The specific application materials and requirements are as follows:

(1)  A valid passport

(2)  Registration form of temporary accommodation for foreigners

(3)  Visa photos and a photo receipt

(4)  Business Plan

(5)  Diploma

(6)  Make an appointment on the official website of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau http://ga.sz.gov.cn/, and then print out the "Foreigner Visa Application Form"

2.    Stay Permit

International students who have not leave the country within the validity period of their residence permit after graduation or completion (including degree and language students) can apply for a stay visa with a validity period of no more than 30 days.

The specific application materials and requirements are as follows:

(1)  Passport

(2)  Registration form of temporary accommodation for foreigners

(3)  Visa photos and a photo receipt

(4)  Diploma, certificate of completion or a Proof of completion of study issued by the school that you attended

(5)  Make an appointment on the official website of Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau http://ga.sz.gov.cn/, and then print out the "Foreigner Visa Application Form"
