一、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金簡介

為吸引和鼓勵(lì)更多優(yōu)秀的外國學(xué)生來廣東學(xué)習(xí)，大力推動(dòng)廣東省高等教育留學(xué)生工作健康快速發(fā)展，提升廣東省高等教育的國家影響力和國際化水平，廣東省政府于2013年開始設(shè)立“廣東省政府來粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”項(xiàng)目。

二、申請(qǐng)條件

1、申請(qǐng)人須擁有外國國籍，持有有效外國護(hù)照，身體健康，對(duì)華友好。

2、申請(qǐng)來粵接受本科階段學(xué)歷教育的，須獲得本人所在國高級(jí)中學(xué)（含）以上畢業(yè)證，年齡在30周歲以下；申請(qǐng)來粵接受碩士研究生階段學(xué)歷教育的，須具有學(xué)士學(xué)位或相當(dāng)學(xué)歷，年齡在35周歲以下；申請(qǐng)來粵接受博士研究生階段教育的，申請(qǐng)人須具有碩士學(xué)位或相當(dāng)學(xué)歷，年齡在40周歲以下。

3、申請(qǐng)人學(xué)業(yè)成績優(yōu)異，來粵學(xué)習(xí)目的明確，并根據(jù)擬就讀大學(xué)的專業(yè)設(shè)置，并結(jié)合自身興趣和專業(yè)特長，制訂了清晰的學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃。

4、申請(qǐng)人必須已被我校錄取。

5、申請(qǐng)人必須是沒有享受中國政府各類獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金及其他任何中國各級(jí)政府資助形式。

三、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金金額

本科生：10000元/人；

碩士研究生：20000元/人；

博士研究生：30000元/人。

四、申請(qǐng)材料

1.《廣東省政府來粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金年度申請(qǐng)表（二）》（附件1），由申請(qǐng)人本人簽字。

2. 最終學(xué)歷證書原件或經(jīng)過公證的復(fù)印件，應(yīng)屆生為預(yù)計(jì)畢業(yè)證明原件。中、英文以外文本還需提供公證過的中文或英文翻譯件。

3. 最終學(xué)歷教育階段全部課程的成績單原件或經(jīng)過公證的復(fù)印件。中、英文以外文本還需提供公證過的中文或英文翻譯件。

4. HSK4級(jí)或以上考試證書復(fù)印件（僅限中文授課專業(yè)申請(qǐng)者。提交復(fù)印件的學(xué)生注冊時(shí)原件需接受檢查，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)證件偽造將取消錄取資格）。

5. 護(hù)照復(fù)印件（有效期內(nèi)的普通護(hù)照）。

6. 電子證件照（JPG格式）。

7. 800字中文或英文個(gè)人陳述。內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括個(gè)人學(xué)習(xí)、工作經(jīng)歷（如有）、學(xué)術(shù)研究成果、以前學(xué)習(xí)階段的研究計(jì)劃等。

8.兩封推薦信，須為中文或英文的原件。本科專業(yè)申請(qǐng)者須提供所畢業(yè)高級(jí)中學(xué)的校長和1名教師的推薦信，高級(jí)中學(xué)以上學(xué)歷申請(qǐng)者應(yīng)提供原畢業(yè)學(xué)校2名教授或副教授的推薦信；碩士研究生專業(yè)申請(qǐng)者，應(yīng)當(dāng)提供學(xué)士階段教育期間2名教授或副教授的推薦信；博士研究生專業(yè)申請(qǐng)者，應(yīng)當(dāng)提供碩士階段教育期間2名教授或副教授的推薦信。

★填寫好《廣東省政府來粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金年度申請(qǐng)表（二）》后，需將其掃描制成電子版。

★必要時(shí)，我校會(huì)要求申請(qǐng)人提交補(bǔ)充材料。

★如有可以證明自己綜合能力的文件，如獲獎(jiǎng)證書、獎(jiǎng)狀、國外大學(xué)本科以上錄取通知書等，可在申請(qǐng)時(shí)一并提交。

★不論錄取與否，以上材料一律不予退還。

五、申請(qǐng)時(shí)間及方式

申請(qǐng)時(shí)間：2021年8月9日-8月22日

申請(qǐng)方式：報(bào)名時(shí)未在報(bào)名系統(tǒng)提交申請(qǐng)表的申請(qǐng)人需要在上述時(shí)間內(nèi)將電子材料打包壓縮成ZIP并以“新生+學(xué)生類別+姓名（大寫字母）”命名ZIP文件，發(fā)送至郵箱ciestudents@126.com。已在報(bào)名系統(tǒng)提交申請(qǐng)表的申請(qǐng)人本次無需提交材料。

七、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)選和結(jié)果公布

申請(qǐng)者9月份報(bào)到入學(xué)后，我校將組織專家綜合考慮申請(qǐng)者的學(xué)業(yè)成績、學(xué)術(shù)能力、科研成果和導(dǎo)師意見并確定錄取名單。于2021年9月向廣東省教育廳提交獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金候選人名單，由廣東省教育廳對(duì)名單進(jìn)行最終審核并確定最終獲獎(jiǎng)名單。2021年10月下旬公布獲獎(jiǎng)名單。

八、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的發(fā)放

獲獎(jiǎng)名單公布后，將在2021年底由學(xué)校一次性發(fā)至獲得者的個(gè)人中國銀行賬戶。

2021 Shenzhen University “Guangdong Outstanding International Student Scholarship” Application Guidelines (For 2021 autumn semester new enrolled degree students only)

Ⅰ Overview

In order to attract and encourage more outstanding foreign students to study in Guangdong, vigorously promote the higher education of international students in Guangdong Province, raise the profile and international standard of higher education in Guangdong. In 2013, the Government of Guangdong Province set up the "Governmental Scholarship Program for international students in Guangdong".

Ⅱ Eligibility

1. The applicants must possess foreign nationality, hold valid foreign passport, be in good health and be friendly to China.

2. Applicants who apply for undergraduate education in Guangdong must obtain official diplomas from a senior high school (including) in their country and be under 30 years old; Applicants who apply for Master education in Guangdong should have bachelor degrees or equivalent and be under the age of 35; Applicants who apply for PhD education in Guangdong should have Master degrees or equivalent and be under the age of 40.

3. The applicants must have excellent academic performance, a clear purpose of studying in Guangdong, have made a clear study plan according to the major setting of the university, their own interest and professional expertise.

4. The applicants must be admitted by SZU.

5. The applicants should not have acquired any Chinese government scholarship, Confucius Institute scholarship or any other form of Chinese government funding.

Ⅲ Amount and Privilege

Undergraduate student: 10,000 Yuan/person;

Master student: 20,000 Yuan/person;

PhD student: 30,000 Yuan/person.

Ⅳ Required Application Documents

1.Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship Application Form 2(Attachment 1), should be signed by the applicants.

2. The original or notarized copy of the diploma, or the original file of the expected graduation certificate for the fresh graduates. Notarized Chinese or English translation is required for non-Chinese or non-English versions.

3. Original or notarized copies of transcripts of all courses in the final academic phase. Notarized Chinese or English translation is required for non-Chinese or non-English versions.

4. Copy of HSK4 or above certificate (only for applicants apply for Chinese taught programs) which will be well examined. The applicants would be disqualified, if forgery was found.

5. Copy of the information page on the passport (should be within the validity period).

6. Digital identification photo (the same size as the passport photo, and JPG format of the photo).

7. 800 words of personal statement in Chinese or English. It should contain personal study, work experience (if there was any), academic research achievement, previous academic research plan, etc.

8. Two original file of the recommendation letter in Chinese or English. Recommendation letter of the undergraduate major applicants should be provided by the principal and one teacher from the high school they graduated from, or provided by two professors or associate professors during their undergraduate study. Recommendation letter of the master's degree applicants should be provided by two professors or associate professors during the applicant’s undergraduate study. Recommendation letter of the doctoral candidates should be provided by two professors or associate professors during the applicant’s master degree program.

★After filling out Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship Application Form 2, please scan it and make it a digital version.

★Supplementary materials would be asked when necessary.

★Substantial documents like certificates of awards, certificates of commendation, foreign university undergraduate admission notice could raise the profile, the applicants could submit them as well.

★Documents wouldn’t be returned under any circumstances.

Ⅴ When and How to Apply

Application dates: From August 9^th to August 22^nd, 2021

Application method: The applicant who didn’t submit the application form for Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship via the admission system when he or she applied for Shenzhen University should put all the digital materials in ZIP archive, name the ZIP archive with “New student + Student category + your name(written in all capitals)” and then email it to ciestudents@126.com within designated time. The applicant who submitted the application when he or she applied for Shenzhen University doesn’t have to submit documents this time.

Ⅵ Appraisal and Announcement

After the registration of the applicants, experts will be organized to appraise the applicant's documents and determine the final admission list. The final list of candidates will be submitted to the Guangdong provincial education department in September 2021. The Guangdong provincial education department will proceed with final assessment. The list of final winners will be announced in October 2021.

Ⅶ Distribution

Once the winner list is announced, scholarship will be distributed to the recipient's personal Bank-of-China bank account before the end of December.
